AREA OF APPLICATION
All deliveries and services provided by BELIEF (hereinafter referred to as the seller) are performed exclusively on the basis of these general terms and conditions of sale and delivery. Any alternative terms and conditions on the part of the customer shall not apply unless we should confirm these in writing.
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
All offers on the online shop are subject to change and not binding. In ordering the desired goods via internet, the customer makes an offer to conclude a purchase agreement. The seller has the right to accept this offer by issuing the customer with an order confirmation within 3 calendar days. The order confirmation shall be sent by e-mail.
Upon the unsuccessful expiry of the 3-day term, the offer applies as rejected. The automatically generated information on the receipt of the order does not represent an order confirmation. It merely serves to verify the communicated data.
PRICES & PAYMENTS
The prices listed at the time of ordering are applicable to all goods and services. Our prices are in Russian Rubles and exclude postage and packaging or other additional services, insofar as no alternative is expressly agreed.
Our invoices are payable immediately and without deduction.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and also PayPal payments, the most trusted internet payment processing company. All personal information transmitted are handled by secure connection. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared.
DELIVERY
In so far as the goods are in stock and available, the seller shall dispatch these within 1-3 work days.
Delivery is performed through the dispatch of the purchased item to the address provided by the customer.
In the event of a delivery delay, the seller shall notify the customer immediately upon becoming aware of the delay.
If the seller should be delayed in delivering, all liability for damages is restricted to foreseeable damage, should this arise through slight negligence. Further claims to damages shall only exist if the delay should arise on grounds of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The method of dispatch, the carrier and dispatch route shall be at the seller's discretion unless otherwise expressly instructed by the customer.
The seller does not guarantee any delivery times, however, can provide the following estimates, to be considered as a guideline.

Please note, International orders may be charged customs fees by the destination county’s government. We have no control over if, and how much you are charged for customs. We are not responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you. Due to the customs process delivery times are estimates and may take longer than stated.
CANCELATION RIGHTS
Returns or Exchanges may be done within 14 days from purchase date. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging.
BELIEF will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication.
Upon inspection and approval, Exchange or Store Credit will be provided, No Refunds.
All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including any discount/promo codes used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.
BELIEF does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer.
It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking system.
All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment, as well as the responsibility to oversee the product(s) are packaged and delivered in tact, unworn and in original purchased condition (with all tags still attached).
If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between the seller and the customer directly.
